Return Conditions

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items (e.g., personalized goods, undergarments, perishable goods) are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service at with:

  • Order Number: (e.g., #1001)

  • Issue Description: Return or exchange reason, and relevant details

  • Photos or Videos: Showing any product defect or issue

Important Notes

  • Tracking Number Required: You must provide a valid tracking number for the return.

  • Condition: Items showing wear, stains, or damage not caused by us are ineligible for return.

  • Return Address: Contact customer service for the correct return warehouse address. Do not send items to the shipping label address.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method:

  • PayPal refunds are immediate.

  • Credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days.
